Shipping & Delivery

We ship eligible products to addresses in Canada. Availability, handling time, and delivery method vary by product, supplier, destination, and package size.

Order processing

Stocked orders are generally prepared within one to three business days. Supplier-fulfilled, special-order, oversized, or regulated items may require additional time. We will contact you when an order needs confirmation before shipment.

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown at checkout when they can be calculated automatically. Large cases, mobility equipment, remote destinations, and freight shipments may require a separate quote. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and monitoring delivery updates. Inspect packages promptly and report visible damage or missing items within five days of delivery.

Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to every destination or by every carrier. We may contact you to arrange an alternative, adjust shipping charges with your approval, or cancel and refund an unavailable shipment.
